Covid-19 Update From Showers Pass

COVID-19 Update - July 30th 2020

We hope you and your families are staying safe and finding the silver linings in our rapidly evolving post-pandemic world. Our focus here at Showers Pass has not changed since the pandemic began. We aim to ensure the health and safety of our Showers Pass team and the global community while also maintaining the ability to serve our customers, feed the economy, and support all the partners in our supply chain.

Updating for the recent lift in pandemic restrictions, we will once again open our showroom to customers during the hours of 10am-4pm Monday through Friday. Our space here is relatively small so we encourage you to call us to schedule an appointment: 503-203-8000. Having an appointment will ensure that our space is available for you only, and you’ll have a dedicated salesperson to assist you with your purchase. What can be better than that?

Note: We're are continuing to fulfil online orders within 24-48 hours.

We are continuing to fulfill online orders within 24-48 hours. Our Will-Call window will provide contact-less pick-up for those that prefer to choose Will-Call at checkout. Once you receive an email confirmation that your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick-up, you can visit our Will-Call window between the hours of 10am-4pm Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Until further notice, we still require face masks for those that want to shop in our Showroom. However, If you don’t have one handy, we are happy to provide you with one.

Our thoughts are with everyone that is personally affected by COVID-19 and we are grateful for all the people working in medical fields, grocery stores, and the other critical services serving the public on the frontlines. Thank you!

For us, figuring out safe and permissible ways to continue playing outside with our families is key to our sanity, and supporting our customers in that endeavor is what we do best. How can we help to continue to inspire and enable the pursuit of outdoor adventure during this pandemic? Let us know your thoughts at info@showerspass.com, faceook.com/showerspass, twitter.com/showerspass or instagram.com/showerspass.
