We're back up and running, and shipping orders as normal. We estimate all orders placed from Friday, 2/12/21through today, 2/17/21 should be out the door by end of day tomorrow. Note that we continue to prioritize orders chronologically and by shipping method.
While we expect to be caught up by tomorrow, you may still experience carrier delays due to the inclement weather being experienced here and throughout the country. We email tracking information when your order ships, so you should be able to track it and get an estimate on arrival from your carrier.

What happened? From 2/12/21 - 2/15/21 Portland, Oregon (where our headquarters is located) has experienced extreme winter weather, including heavy snow and ice, resulting in loss of power and unsafe transportation conditions. As of writing (2/16/21 9am) there is still wide loss of power, downed trees and branches, and uncleared and icy roads.
