Return Policy

Standard orders containing items in unused condition with tags attached are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
  • All closeout sale items are non-refundable and are returnable for size exchange or store credit only.
  • Items that show signs of use or damage are ineligible for refund and are returnable for store credit only.
Showers Pass products purchased from elsewhere are eligible for store credit with valid proof of purchase and within our guarantee period.

UK EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We include return shipping labels and forms for standard orders shipped within the United Kingdom. Please follow the directions on your order's return form. If you have questions, feel free to call or email us!

 

International Returns

If you live outside the US or UK and want to make a return, please mail your order back to us. Include a copy of the return form indicating what you want to exchange or return in your shipment. Exchange shipping charges may apply for some items. Please allow up to ten (10) days for exchanges to be processed.

Gift and Bundle Deal Returns

If your order includes a gift with purchase and you don't keep the purchase but the gift, we will subtract the current retail price of the gift from your return.

If your order includes a bundle deal discount and your return part or all of the bundle, you will lose the bundle discount and receive partial credit for any returned items.
