I highly recommend this jacket, it's waterproof and very breathable. I'm a 5'0, 98 lb female and the xsmall men's/unisex fits me great, the sleeves are a bit long, which is no problem since there is elastic at the wrist, the extra length in the back will help keep me dry.

This is a great jacket in the rain. I bought a Spring Classic Jacket, size Medium. My height is 5' 9". Weight 155. Chest 39". Arms normal. The jacket fits nicely, even over layers appropriate for a 40 degree (F) day. I've used it one time so far, on a 200k brevit where the final 35 miles were ridden in rain that varied from light to heavy. Not a drop of water inside, and no evidence of condensation. This is a very nice jacket.

I did not like the fit. Too short in front and I hate jackets that have the sliding zipper on the left side. If I wanted a women’s jacket I would have ordered one. I have returned the jacket. I hope the new one I ordered has a proper men’s zipper. Now I’m spending more than I wanted.
I like Shower Pass and I hope the next one works.

I originally ordered Small but too tight and sleeves not long enough. Return for medium, better fit for my frame. Note the zipper is a left handed pull. Not a big deal but something to get used to.

I ordered the incorrect jacket model and size. I called Showerspass and spoke to (dang it. I can't recall his name). He happily worked out a return and a replacement jacket, which happend to be on sale. I didn't lose a penny in shipping costs. THANK YOU! GREAT company!!!

Good hardshell jacket. Water proofness is top notch. I tend to run hot so the main concern for me in choosing a rain jacket is how not to boil in it. I gave up on attempting to stay dry in rain in warmer temperatures so I was looking for a rain jacket for the range of temperatures from -5 to 10 degrees Celsius (23-50 F). This jacket works fine for me for that purpose.

The hard shell material is quite breathable and nicely complements the very breathable side soft-shell panels. The side vent zipper openings work and are an interesting way to implement the jacket adjustability that is different from most other brands who rely on a two way main zipper. Opening the vents gives a solid additional air flow, allowing you to survive a couple of intensive efforts (e.g. hills) on your ride in relative confort, without the need to take the jacket off. Compared to the two way main zipper solution, using the side vents avoids any flapping around of loose material and keeps your chest protected. The disadvantage is that the additional vent zippers make the jacket less packable. However, this is not an issue for me as I almost never take the jacket completely off midride in the wet+cold conditions for which I bought it. Putting the jacket in a jersey pocket is still doable, but requires effort in packing it meticulously beforehand.

The cut is heavily bike optimized with short front torso, long sleeves, and dropped tail. The sizing goes slightly large, I am 6'2'', 174 lbs, 39'' chest, with quite large shoulders. I originally ordered M size and it would probably be ok for MTB or commuting, but I exchanged for S, which gives me a nice roadie fit. Finally, a big plus are the splendid colors that will enhance your safety in low and gray-ish visibility conditions. Kudos to Showerspass to be one (the only?) company that keeps their jackets bright and stylish while avoiding the recent slide toward black, dark, pale, or (on the other side of the spectrum) the hideous hi-vis neons!

Looks good. Fits well. It hasn't rained yet, so I don't know how well it keeps me dry! I like the way it packs into its own pocket.

I'm 6' and 185 pounds and don't have skinny arms. What I found was that all the jackets I tried felt like a compression suit. Way too tight in the arms and no way to layer. This Jacket fits like it was tailored for me. It's not too tight in the arms, the sleeves are long enough to go over or under my gloves, It's just the right height in the front, covers my rear in the back, it has two great zippered vents under each arm and one in the back under the neck, it has a very nice waterproof zippered pocket in the back, a cinch for the waist and it allows me to layer. Another nice feature is that it doesn't flap in the wind and is very waterproof. I mainly use it for a top layer in cooler weather but on my last ride I got caught in some rain and it was stellar. I really can't say enough good things about this jacket! Thanks for the great product!

I really want to like this jacket, however the medium is too small and the large is too large. The garmet itself is great, however the medium body is too small and the sleeves are a perfect length. The large body fits ok, but the sleeves extend past my fingertips. The material and basic design are spot on, but the sizing leaves a lot to be desired. It appears that your products are designed to be worn over layers, and I was looking for a jacket to wear over a jersey and maybe arm warmers. For what it is worth, I am 6'2", weigh 170 lbs and have a 34" sleeve length. I would keep this jacket in a heartbeat if it fit.

Nice and warm and light. I haven't tested the ventilation. Wish it had side pockets.
