Welcome to the Showers Pass Pro program!


We're excited to have you join our team and help us achieve our mission of getting more people outside in any weather.

Please read the conditions and details below as they differ from the standard policies elsewhere on our website.

How does it work?

We've created a new account with the email address you used to sign up.
When logged into your account, pro pricing is automatically displayed. There are no codes to use, and there are no special websites.
That's it.

Conditions

Purchase gear only for personal use - As is standard for pro programs, this discount is for you and you alone. Do not purchase gear for or on behalf of others. This includes family, coworkers, and even your friend Steve who totally rips. If they're eligible, encourage them to join the program themselves. Occasionally, we'll offer you a chance to share your discount or purchase gifts for others.
Subscribe to our emails—Who needs more emails, right? Here's the deal: We want our pros to be knowledgeable about our products and technologies. Our pros are the best ambassadors. You can unsubscribe anytime, but pro pricing could be removed from your account.
Be a good ambassador - We're giving you a discount because we think you're awesome. We hope that you feel the same about us and that you speak favorably about our products, recommend them to others, and direct them to your preferred retailer or showerspass.com
Take good care of your gear! - Check out our care instructions. Keep your Showers Pass gear in working order and out of a landfill.

Other Details

Returns are limited to exchanges - We offer a substantial discount and cannot refund returned items. We're available by email and phone for quick and helpful support if you need help before making a purchase, so please reach out to us! support@showerspass.com and 503-203-8000

Discounts cannot be combined - Industry Professional discounts cannot be combined with other sales and promotions, including rewards points.

Orders ship to anywhere in the USA for a $10 flat rate charge - Return shipping is not included. You can also shop locally with us in person if you live in the Portland, Oregon area.

Ineligible Items—Nearly everything in the store is offered to pros at a discounted price. However, at our discretion, some items, such as care products, are unavailable at a discounted price.

Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee - We unconditionally guarantee our outerwear for two years and accessories for one year from the purchase date. If your gear fails during this period, we'll repair or replace it.
This is in addition to our standard lifetime warranty against manufacturing or material. Material and manufacturing defects may be present when a garment is sold and do not refer to accidental damage, normal wear, or degradation of materials as they age.

Last couple of things

Opting out of the program- You can opt out of the program anytime, email us if you decide you'd like to leave, but we'll be sad to see you go.
