Showers Pass Continues Innovating to Protect Against ALL Elements

Denver, CO - Portland, OR apparel brand Showers Pass will launch new versions of its best-selling Crosspoint Softshell and Wind Gloves on Day 1 of the Outdoor Retailer Snow Show. Updates include a revamped construction on the Softshell for better waterproofness and a new MapReflect Wind Glove. All three styles also feature touchscreen compatibility and a new, lower-profile design that maximizes comfort and dexterity.

The Crosspoint Softshell TS Gloves now keep hands dry and warm with a seamless waterproof-breathable Artex™ membrane bonded to the outer shell. “This means no more rain trapped between the outer and inner layers of the glove,” says George Dolack, Product Developer at Showers Pass. “Reflective accents keep cyclists visible while signaling in traffic, and strategically placed padding keeps hands feeling good enough to go extra miles, even in nasty weather.” And the TS? The new-and-improved Crosspoint Wind TS Gloves feature 3-layer Artex™ fabric that is windproof, waterproof, and breathable: ideal for 3-season protection. “It’s the perfect glove for shorter outings in the rain or longer days in cool weather, for those looking to protect their hands from windchill,” says Dolack. The new MapReflect colorway offers a unique aesthetic as well as an added element of safety on the street.
