Care Guide

We recommend washing your rain gear regularly relative to use to ensure extended performance.

Hand or machine wash in cool water with a detergent designed for outerwear. Avoid fabric softeners.

Hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid excessive heat. Seam tape can fall apart in a dryer, and it is not a pretty sight.

This rain jacket fits pefectly. It can be stored as a small ball in its back pocket by rolling the jacket up and stuffing it in the pocket. Perfect size for an Arkel rack carrier.

Purchased in 2015 and carried with me on several bikng trips. Easy to store and carry especially when using panniers. Kept me warm and dry on chilly rainy days. The only negative is the fragility of the thin fabric. I tore it rather soon after receiving and tried to repair with fabric tape however it finally died last year while on trip to France. The fabric is described as high tech material. Maybe that durability and lightweight/small footprint are mutually exclusive but I encourage you to keep improving. I liked it well enuff to buy a replacement.

All my dimesuons auggested a size small however, on the bike , the back of the jacket pulled up over the back of my jersey at the pockets; unfortunately it was a rainy race so as well as the garment kept me dry over the rest of my upper body, my jersey and contents in the pockets got soaked. I wear a small and was conecernes that although the medium may have been longer in the back, it may have been too baggy through the torso, chest and arms. Could be that my torso is too long or pssibly should have ordered a small/tall if it was available. Hand washing the garment now and considering a return for the larger side. To reiterate, in terms of performance, it was awesome, size is the only issue. I need to add that customer service is off the hook; kind, considerate and courteous staff/ team at Showers Pass; I will certainly look for other products to buy and recommend your gear to other cyclists. Thank you. Class: 50+ masters cyclocross, gravel grinder and XC racer. All bikes are single speed.

I've been looking for a clear, lightweight, waterproof jacket for several months. This jacket ticks all the boxes. I'm a curvy 5'6" female, and normally wear a Women's XL or Men's M. I ordered this in a Men's L and it's perfect. The sleeves are a bit long, but they are secured with velcro, so they'll be fine. I intend to use this for cycling and running, and although I haven't had a chance to test it yet, if it's anything like my other Showers Pass products, I expect it to be top notch.

Nice boutique shop in walking distance from the old Capitol. Salesman had shoes shipped from other branch in two days.

What happened to the old zipper that allowed you to zip the bottom part away. Critical for bike jerseys! Also, can you make one for women, please? Otherwise, good quality, lightweight and packable.

I have only inspected the Pro Tech ST, and am “saving for a rainy day"! The extremely lightweight jacket fits just as expected and the construction is admirable. The ingenious design allows the jacket to be rolled into the rear pocket which will fit nicely into the rear pocket of any of my jerseys and jackets.

Rain coat was delivered in extremely accurate manner. Quality is top notch, already tested in havy rain. The only moment is that it is still going to become wet from inside in case you pedal intensively.

I am 5'9" 130 lbs with long arms. I got the men's small. Great fit. Perfect in the rain.
