Women's Timberline Pant

Good fit, thin durable material for wearing over thermals or pants. I used to wear a pair like this skiing. Flexible for bending and moving, riding bikes.

Sturdy pair of rain pants for biking. A little long for my short legs but great length for going over boots/shoes.

Happily, I haven’t had a chance to try out the waterproofness yet, but I’m quite happy with the design/cut. I’m 5’ 4” and 118 lbs. and have a slender athletic build, with about a 30” inseam. The XS fits nearly perfect. The only areas I’d say could be improved fit wise are the waist and legs. I have a smallish waist and while the waist is elasticized and stretches, it hugs more than I’d expect and prefer. That said, I don’t think it’ll be uncomfortable. Conversely, the legs are very roomy in the thigh even for my muscular legs and over winter cycling tights with chamois. I guess it provides a lot of room for other layers if needed, but the hips and waist might get a little tight. Thus, I do question the proportions and think they could be tweaked. All in all, still the only rain pant I’ve found that works for my build.

Comfortable. Nd stood up to rain and wind for an entire day. I love these pants because now I can be outside year round.

These are really nice pants *if* they fit. Based on the Size Guide, I technically needed a Small, but I don't wear a Small in any pant, so I ordrered both a Small and Medium. For reference, I'm 5'3" with slim hips, but a 'mature-ish' waist. The Small fit in the length and the hips, but the waist was tight enough to be uncomfortable, but the biggest dealbreaker was in the rise (not high enough!), which is odd for a pant that's advertised for cycling - the pant should be higher in back than in front. I was able to try on the Transit Pant at a local retailer - if Showers Pass could combine the rise and the adjustment tabs on the shin of the Transit Pant with the material & features of the Timberline, I'd have kept one size or the other. As it is, they're both on their way back.

Pants are very nice construction with great fabric and features, but unfortunately they were too long for me (I am 5'5" tall). Also, I felt that the cut was a little too slim for a women's style. I wished that the cut through the hips was a little more generous.

Very good pants with front pockets. I can wear them over my bike shorts. Very confortable on the saddle. The legs are not too long but I would appreciate longers zippers at the ankles. I am 5 feet and 4 inches and 115 pounds. I buy the small size.

I ordered both a small and medium because I didn't really know my size for these rain pants. Small fit fine. Mediums I shared with a friend. I haven't used the rain pants yet but will be taking them with me on a long cycling adventure in Spain where it may rain. The pants seems like they will work well. Roomy but not too much and quite comfortable. Look like they are waterproof. I'm 5'4‚and 118 lbs.
